Summer Camp Brochure is LIVE!!

Summer is quickly approaching, and we’re excited to announce that the 2026 Summer Brochure is LIVE for viewing on the website! With the BGC 2026 Summer Camp Registration opening on Monday, February 23rd, at 10:00 am for our members, we want to provide you with all the information you may need. There are a few things that you can do to ensure you have a smooth registration experience:

  1. Make sure you have your login and password for your online RecDesk account ready. Do not create a new account; we can send a password reset email if needed by reaching out to christie@scbgc.com. You can register only from an account that has been cleared for member-only registration; this is your existing account on file.
  2. The 2026 Summer Camp Registration Forms are available now to fill out for your children.  By filling it out early, it will decrease your chance of being timed out during the registration process.  Here are instructions for filling out the registration form:
  1. Log in to your account
  2. Click the “Programs” tab
  3. Click on the “Forms Only” tab, and you will see “2026 Summer Camp Registration Forms.”
  4. Click “Register” and select your child’s name, and follow the prompts to the end.  You will fill out 2 forms at this time, “BGC Strathcona County Summer Camp Registration Form 2026” & “BGC Strathcona Summer Camp Transportation Agreement & Field Trip Form 2026”.
  1. To successfully register for summer camps, please note that all outstanding fees must be paid by February 23, 2026. All of the following program fees need to be up to date for you to register:
  1. Before/After School Care Programs (up to Feb 2026)
  2. PD Days
  3. Fall Break
  4. Emergency Care
  5. Any programs from previous years
