Minecraft Mondays

Minecraft Mondays is a virtual program where children can explore math, engineering and problem solving skills in the world of Minecraft. Participants can log in to our BGC world every Monday evening to build, explore and complete challenges with their friends! 

  • Time: 6:30pm-8:00pm
  • Ages: 6-17
  • Cost: $25 for the ENTIRE session, running until May 27th
  • Location: this program is hosted on an online platform.

Additional Registration Information


Only those registered and have paid the one-time fee of $25 for the term will be allowed to participate. An elcetronic device with Minecraft BEDROCK edition (NOT java edition) installed are required to join the program. 


Any participant with a username that does not match the paid registration list will be removed from the program. If a child changes their username or is accessing the program from a different account the parent/guardian will need to update us with their child’s new username as otherwise they will not be able to access the program. Updates can be made to nightprograms@scbgc.com

Start Information

An information email including how to log on to the SCBGC server will be sent out closer to our start date. This information will be sent to the email(s) provided during registration.

Our Pledge

Minecraft Mondays is an exciting returning program for us. However, please understand that working with collaborative network technology always includes a learning curve and fluid adjustments may be required to ensure the program runs smoothly. Please be patient with us as we navigate the platform and sort out any mishaps that may arise.

Conduct Expectations

Please note any participant not abiding by the BGC Strathcona County standards of conduct will be removed from this virtual program and not allowed to participate in Minecraft Mondays. This includes but is not limited to inappropriate language or visuals, cyber bullying, destruction of other’s Minecraft creations, etc.
